Building up a brand is HARD. I recently became the co-owner of an established branded event during the pandemic, and now we have a ton of catching up to do to get the event front and center with exhibitors and attendees. This isn’t my first rodeo, but I have had a LOT on my plate and it makes figuring out where and what to work on a juggle.
